The response was received by organizing a free
eye clinic under the auspices of the Paramapita Srivenkataramanacharya Guru
Charitable Trust of Dharmavaram town in the field. At the shrine on Monday,
doctors Uru Kundappa and Sriram conducted eye examinations for 151 people and
selected 20 for eye surgeries. Members said they will have free operations on
the 20th of next month. Medications were distributed to the remaining patients.
Alms were also given to those who came. The event was attended by Yogi
Mukteshwari Mataji, Vice President, Parmasamastha, Ashok Kumar, Vice President,
Ramanjaneyulu, Secretary, Mallika Rjuna, Deputy Secretary, Nagbhushan, Doctors,
Anjaladevi, Anjamma and others
