The second funeral of Guru Venkata Ramanacharya was held on Monday at
Sangameshwara Kshetra in the Prabhatavartha Mandal. On this occasion, under the
auspices of Paramapita Venkata Ramanacharya Charitable Trust, eye examinations
and a food donation program were organized. On this occasion, the Chairperson
of the Trust, Yogi Mukteshwari Mataji, the Chairperson of the Parama Samasthanam, conducted a spiritual, food, dressing and cremation program from the
23rd to the 2nd of this month. The clothes were donated at an orphanage in
Gottlour and Nagalore villages. Free eye examinations at Sangameshwara kshetra were conducted under the supervision of Dr Urukundappa and 150
people underwent tests and doctors found that 20 of them needed surgery. They
will be treated for free. The event was attended by Trust Vice Chairman Ashok
Kumar, Secretary Manjaneyachari, Treasurer Nagbhushan, Dr Sriramulu.
