A mega medical camp was organized in the village on Sunday under the auspices of Sri Venkataramanacharya Guruvu Charitable Trust. 2,883 patients from nearly 40 villages were treated. They underwent blood tests for heart disease, fevers, toxins, kidney problems, lung problems, and so on. Of these, about 387 will soon have free operations. The event was attended by medical professionals Srinivasu, Shashidhar, Roshan, Abhishek Reddy, Ramu, Hariprasad, trust members Ashok Kumar, Ramanjaneyachari, Mallikarjuna, Prabhakar, Nagbhushan, Mani, and others.
