The Paramasamasthanam 'Parama Pita Venkataramana Charya Guru Charitable Trust in Siddaiyagutta in the town on Friday distributed 5101 plants free of cost. Led by Yogi Mukteshwari Mataji, Founding President of Parama Sansthan, Prabhutvasupathi Superintendent Ramalakshmi was the chief guest at the event and inaugurated the distribution of plants. She said it would be very auspicious if there was a basil plant in front of the door of every house. President Mataji said that through the trust they have set up, they are doing many service activities in various parts of the district, as part of which they have distributed basil plants to 5101 houses in the town today. Mataji said that steps are being taken to expand these so that there is a basil plant in every house in the town. It has been revealed that a 240-bed old age home is being constructed in Sanjeevapuram village in the Bukkarayasamudram zone. Trust Vice President Ashok Kumar, Secretary Ramanuja Neyachari, Mallikarjuna, Treasurer Nagbhushan, Convener Manijnanashree, and a group of disciples were present on the occasion.
